Our CEO, Dr. Lily Cheng started PACE 20 years ago with the vision to help organisations Perform Above Challenging Environments. With the technological advancements in a fast changing work environment, the same vision sparked the birth of PACE OD Academy.

Essentially, PACE OD Academy aims to avail the real learning experiences facilitated in a face to face workshop on digital platforms. With that in mind, we pondered on the following questions:

  1. How can OD be more accessible to all organisations, big and small?
  2. How can we facilitate learning and continually empower people in the workplace beyond a workshop?
  3. How can we serve businesses that do not have the luxury of time to send their people for workshops?
  4. How can we help organisations to be more productively effective with our bite-sized OD offerings?
  5. How can we make a learning culture in an organisation easy to foster?

These questions propelled the team to partner Tapjet, a UK based app developer, to create Realyse, the first OD-centric mobile learning app for organisations. With years of experience in the field, we have seen how people learn better and apply knowledge more effectively with bite-sized learning and keep them on the go. Realyse functions as an independent learning app and/or be used in blended learning - further enhancing the learning experience of participants in our workshops.

PACE OD Academy has also developed and curated programmes for OD Bites, an e-learning platform, to support group direct learning in the workplace.

The value in group learning and sharing cannot be over-emphasized. Our OD Bites are designed specially for teams to enhance their team learning to solve real organisational issues, real time.

With our new digital arm, we are confident to serve you better in this digital economy.
