Our CEO, Dr. Lily Cheng started PACE 20 years ago with the vision to help organisations Perform Above Challenging Environments. Over the 20 years, we have seen the evolution of learning methodologies and learning materials, from ring-bound workbooks to overhead projectors with write-on transparent film, massive learning management systems, face-to-face facilitator-led group learning to webinar and distance learning.
With the technological advancements in a fast changing work environment, we are excited to introduce our latest development: Realyse.

We partnered Tapjet, a UK based app developer, to create Realyse, the first OD-centric mobile learning app for organisations. Realyse was born to give us an answer to a few questions that kept us awake at night:
- How can OD be more accessible to all organisations, big and small?
- How can we facilitate learning and continually empower people in the workplace beyond a workshop?
- How can we serve businesses that do not have the luxury of time to send their people for workshops?
- How can we help organisations to be more productively effective with our bite-sized OD offerings?
- How can we make a learning culture in an organisation easy to foster?
We strongly believe Realyse is a resource that helps people learn better and apply knowledge more effectively with bite-sized learning and keep them on the go. Realyse functions as an independent learning app and/or be used in blended learning - further enhancing the learning experience of participants in our workshops.
